Well, since she has a keyblade, she could be Riku's nobody. Before you shoot this theory down though, let me explain: Nobodies look similar to their somebodies, but with minor differences. She could look exactly like Riku, but a girl. Also, on a preview for 358/2 Days, Namine went up to Xion and said that she wanted to meet her. Namine also said that to Roxas. Since Namine is Kairi's nobody, she would want to see the nobodies of her somebodies' friends.
