Yuna vs Yuna

I am sure this topic has been done to death around every FF forum, but I want to know what the people on this forum think of the "new Yuna". :]

What is your opinion on the new Yuna? Did you like her? Did you hate her? Did you think she became ditsy?

Besides her dramatic outfit change, the only other change I noticed was that she was more carefree in X-2, most likely due to the fact that she wasn't literally walking to her death. :]

I disliked X-2 Yuna. I can understand her becoming more carefree. But the skanky clothes and the singing I felt were totally out of character. Yuna in X was a more mature, and imo, likeable character. I was rooting for her through her pilgrimage, and even in later playthroughs I felt for her. But in X-2, I couldn't care less about her, except in a few instances when she was mourning Tidus and I felt a tad bit sorry for her.

She's still mature, she's just tougher and more outgoing.

I don't think she's wearing "skanky" clothes - if you're going to accuse anyone of that, point the finger at Rikku! Besides that, I think there's just a sort of style each character has - everyone has a different style in X and X-2.

i didnt think she was bad
sure she changed a lot in two years
but she is like the most famous high summoner like ever, she has to keep up appearances, its logical that she changed a bit, matured, and the singing thing is just another thing that keeps her super famous, she is not "skanky" many characters in FF games are dressed like that, have you seen Lulu from X? while it may seem that she has lost some of her innocence that she had in X, she has really gained confidence and strength as a character
