I know that most people know a lot of the stuff I'm about to say, but at the same time there's people here who know more than others, and this is going to be pretty long, so please be patient.
Also - some of this comes from me agreeing with the possibilities from certain theories already posted on the KHPlanet forums.
That said, I've had a thought that was sparked by the following:
+ Xion is thought to be related (as in linked, not blood-related) to Kairi, and Namine, Kairi's
Nobody.
+ Ventus (Ven) looks remarkably similar to Roxas, who is Sora's
Nobody.
+ Master Xehanort is obviously related to Xehanort, and in turn Ansem and Xemnas.
+ Aqua is thought to be related to Riku, and therefore Dark Riku (I don't have any thoughts on this yet, but I thought I'd throw that in there too).
+ The 'leaked' trailer from the TGS'07.
+ The Secret Ending/BbS Teaser at the end of KHII and KHIIFM.
+ The knowledge of the 'Unborn' enemy.
+ We know this is a prequel to the other KH games, so far.
+ The two legends: One wielder saved the world, the other brought chaos to it.
+ The knights (Terra, Ventus and Aqua) in the BbS Teaser are using the same keyblades used by Mickey, Sora and Riku.
Now - down to business; I'm gonna explain this as well as I can in order of how things happen from KHI to KHBbS (what we know of BbS, that is).

BbS Teaser - At the beginning, it says "The Lost Two" (or something to that effect); at the end, it says "The fate of all is inevitable... All of their fates pass through and gather together". Perhaps Ven is the Unborn of Sora, and that the Unborn are past remnants of things to come? Could the loss of his life seal their fate to become heartless and nobodies? That'd explain the two not being in the other games. As for Terra - if he is an up and coming keyblade master, perhaps he killed Xehanort and the same thing happened to him? This would explain him asking Terra to correct his mistakes using the power even though he seems to be obsessed with light in the leaked trailer, and the Heartless haven't started creating chaos throughout the worlds yet.
Xion - Could she be the Unborn of Kairi? It would explain that she's meant to be a member of Organization XIII, and yet that would give the Organization 14 members.
The Keyblades of Mickey, Riku, and Sora - Perhaps the trio are using them for the same reasons? The open the door, and unlock hearts?

There you have it. My thoughts on the matter. Comments are appreciated, and even elaborating on the theories if you agree and/or can, and I'll edit them into this post.
