doesnt take a genius, but it takes one to know one? anyway, i dont think you completly got what i was saying in that post but forget it, but first of all ill say this, ive beat ALL the FF games, (even the original FFIII b4 the DS game), and Cid is also in II-IV, but not the first FF.

but to my defense, i think you just debuffed your entire theory of think VII and X are related by saying, "there not in the same universe". i wasnt here to debate nostalgia in games so i dont need the Cid explanation, i was here to talk about the "Link" of VII and X which you just debuffed youre entire theory on anyway ~.o

I feel like the fact that the creators of the game solidly stated there was a link and went in-depth about it is being completely overlooked/ignored

it would be wonderful to stop beating this dead horse in every post

how about discussing what you don't like about them being related in such a way
or how you like it, or your theories

you don't really have a basis of argument(not that you had one in the first place) when it came to this being a fact or not

Yeah, this debate has gone on to far. Seriously, the creators put in the Ultimania books a canon relationship between the two games. It exists. How about discussing it instead of trying to debunk the CREATORS of the game.
