here is my new theory, this is a more reasonable and more likely theory.
the beggining of birth by sleep:
terra,aqua, and ven are summoned to their master's headquaters, which i beleive is the old mansion in twilight town. he informs them of master xehanort's and his appretince dissapearance, terra was once xehanort's apprentince but left him because of master xehanort's excetric ideas.
the three hero's are told of strange creatures called chasers and the dissapearence of other keyblade wielders. terra,aqua, and ven's master sends them on a quest to find master xehanort and his apprentince.

The new enemy (chasers):
The chasers keyblades that have been corrupted by darkness. Master xehanort study the darkness and inffused the inner keyblade with darkness.
This resulted in the chasers, but due to their wild nature Master Xehanort could not control the chasers.
now here is my proof that the chasers are created from the inner keyblade:
this is terra summoning his keyblade, notice the glowing orb surrounding his hand. that orb is the heart and will of the keyblade.
now look closely at this picture, you can see the same orbs coming out or surrounding the chasers.

look at the picture with terra gliding in front of cinnderela's castle if you zoom in on it you can see the orbs.
and in this one you can see the orb coming out of the chaser.

so there is my undeniable proof that the chasers come from keyblades.

story:
master xehanort studied the darkness and eventually merged the the inner keyblade with darkness, creating the first chasers. But one day terra dscovered master xehanort's experiments and reported it to the other keybade masters. master xehanort went into to hiding and continued his research. eventually his other apprentince gained amazing power through using the darkness. Master xehanort was able to to stabilize the darkness and the keyblade together, due to this master xehanort's keyblade and his apprentince's keyblade became keyblades of darkness instead of chasers. master xehanort decided to see what would happen if someone unwillingly gave into the darkness, and infussed ven's heart with darkness. Master xehanort then attempts to bring terra to his side by useing the light to deafet the darkness, therefore he wishes to destroy ven and his darkness, but master xehanort's apprentince stays with master xehanort so he can use light to rid himself of darkness, this means master xehanort is usng light for evil. the darkness is slowly cosuming ven's heart, so terra offers to take ven's darkness and master xehanort agrees, but he tricks terra and only seperates it into both ven and terra's heart. terra goes to malifecent so he can learn to use the darkness properly, but malifecent betrays him and she dissapears.ven promises to save terra from the darkness one day.terra,aqua,and ven gather at sunset horizon for the final battle.

the final battle:
the three heros discover master xehanort has kiled their master and charge into sunset horizon. master xehanort uses the darkness in ven to render his body useless and he freezes him and throws him off the cliff. terra awakens the power of darkness and confronts xehanort, master xehanort reavels his true plan, by gathering the hearts of keyblades every time a chaser is destroyed he created a kingdm hearts of keyblades. the blue kingdom hearts forms into two keyblades, kingdom key and darkside kingdom key, with these keys master xehanort can control the chasers. but darkside kingdom key chooses master xehanort while kingdom key chooses terra, the two clash and terra realizes even with darkness he cannot beat xehanort. so master xehanort who is weakened invades terra's heart and terra quickly chooses riku to wield kingdom key. terra convinces aqua to lock xehanort in his heart to prevent his escape and aqua agrees, this causes terra to become young xehanort and lose his memory.

xehanort the apprentince:
the darkside kingdom key heads to the realm of darkness while the kingdom key waits till riku is old enough to wield it. mickey and aqua agree without his memory this new xehanort is no longer a threat and they leave him at ansem the wise's door step. ven's body is useless so they also seal ven in sora's heart, but since ven was damaged only ven lost his memory and sora only lost his memory of terra,aqua, and ven. since sora's memories effect everyone else's that he knows (a.k.a destiny islands residence.) they too forgot about terra,aqua,and ven. aqua put her self to sleep in castle oblivion until she was needed again.

roxas=ven:
when sora used the dark keyblade on himself this unlocked the seal on his heart and realesed ven. ven used sora's nobody and this resulted in roxas.
