quick question : can i make a game in the off topic zone involving a motivational maker?

rules are to use the selected pic i choose and see who makes the best (appropriate pics, i know)

only one posted result per poster(meaning once someone posts, s/he can't post again until the next pic)

pic changes every week and result will be saved for further ideas(i have no idea where to post the results anyway)

the game is to show off the creative/funny side of the posters while being controled (i hope)

and so are the games (called ROMs)
just google those and find them and download them

just not alot at once or too often, they are sorta illegal unles you actualy own the game

(ps, the fbi can't trace you at all if you download less than ten and/or download a week apart, or if its from another site[bonus games XDDDD] )

thats how i've got an emulator of the psone and some games, though the ps games are in packs of 3-8 per disk, so you also would need winRAR

but the handheld games are all on one file
