i think the yellow eyes is when terra used darkness. master xehanort used terra's darkness to get in terra's heart, when master xehanort was in his heart terra sealed master xehanort in his heart in order to keep master xehanort from escaping and hurting his freinds.

that is the one thing i can't figure out, but i think aqua might have helped seal master xehanort in his heart.

So why did he become Xehanort? was it because he wanted to learn more about the heart? then that means that master Xehanort slowly corrupted him to turn him evil.

well remember in the secret ansem reports, ansem said he experimented on young xehanort's heart and after this young xehanort started acting evil. i think ansem loosened the seal on young xehanort's heart and this caused master xehanorts influence to leak out and corrupted young xehanort a.k.a terra.
